I had a problem the last time i rented a dress.... I ordered an XS and they sent me a S and wrote XS in sharpie! I was very unhappy and called them for a refund, I received my refund, $25, and a free rental up to $250! Great service! I rented this dress for my birthday and the looks kept on coming!
