So pretty and surprisingly comfy!
Fit was true to size, maybe a little roomy. Well constructed and very comfortable...embroidered dresses tend to be itchy but this one was not at all. I am usually between a 12-14 and wore the 12.

Pretty but runs large
I rented this dress to chaperone a prom. I wanted something modest but still cute. I love the design and color and it was high quality and comfortable, but it did run very large and was a little too baggy. I usually wear a 14 or 16 and the 14 was very roomy.

Fit perfectly, absolutely lovely!
I usually wear a 14 or 16 and this 14 fit perfectly! This dress is just so pretty. I got a ton of compliments on it. The skirt and waist are loose enough to move comfortably and the top is really pretty without being too revealing. Also not scratchy like lace sometimes is. There were a couple loose threads, but nothing too noticeable. I would definitely rent this beauty again!

Cute but too tight!
I'm usually between a 14/16 and wear a 38DD. This dress was comfortable in the waist and hips, but way too tight up top. I was able to get it zipped up easily, but had difficulty taking it off! It was a little too sexy/revealing for the event I was attending, and I ended up not wearing it.

Very comfortable and sparkly!
I am usually between a 14 and 16 and ended up wearing the 14L because the 16 was a little too baggy in the chest. This dress was incredibly comfortable and flattering, and the lining is soft and not sheer at all. I am 5'6" and wore the 14L with flat sandals...it was just grazing the floor. The 16R hit around my ankles, a little too short for my height.

Perfect fit, looked great!
This was a last minute backup for another dress that wasn't available, and it ended up being perfect. The fit was exactly true to size. The fabric is forgiving and flattering. It has a nice, heavy feel. I was a little worried about wearing a bra with the sheer panels, but my husband helped zip it up and my strapless bra wasn't visible. The Long length was perfect for me (5'6) with heels. The gown was sexy and clingy without being too revealing.

Itchy and too small
This was a backup for a dress I ordered that wasn't available. I usually wear a 14 in formal dresses but this would not come close to zipping up. The overlay fabric was very scratchy.

Perfect dramatic look
I wore this to the ballet. As other reviewers noted, the boning does dig into your hips, but otherwise it was pretty comfortable. The zippers on both sizes got a bit stuck where the bodice met the skirt, but it worked with a little help. The boning was SERIOUS--probably the first time I didn't have to wear a bra. I got compliments all night and loved twirling in this dress. The skirt is dramatic and moves beautifully. Highly recommend and would definitely rent again!

Fun, flattering, and SO pretty
This dress was true to size and the perfect "short but not too short" length for me at 5'6. The liner was a bit snug in the bust, but not uncomfortably so, and the blouson effect is very flattering. I'm usually between a 12/14 and heavier on top, so this was expected. The size 12 was a bit worn up close, with a couple lose threads, but it's not noticeable with the intricate design. Also, it has little snaps in the shoulders to keep the liner in place; but one side was broken/missing. I received a lot of compliments and felt great in this dress.

Very striking dress with some odd excess fabric issues.
I wore this dress to take engagement photos. I wanted something striking and this dress definitely delivered! I'm usually between a 12 and 14 and this dress was no different. The 12 was tight in the bust but fit nicely in the waist, while the 14 was kind of baggy in the waist. I ended up choosing the 14 (with a belt). Both dresses have this weird gap effect in the chest and shoulders, even the 12, which was pretty tight in the bust. I ended up pulling back the excess fabric with a hidden clothespin. The dress also has a very slight hi-lo effect in the skirt. The skirt was fuller than I was expecting, but it moves beautifully. My fiancé loved the dress and I can't wait to get our photos back!
