It was a fundraiser Gala. This site is an great option for when you don't need yet another dress.
The item would have been perfect, if the size was right. The C barely fit, would definitely have to size up by several sizes. Was hoping to send it back and be able to trade for a larger size, but couldn't because of final sale.
