The color is a stand out. I wore the dress in a smaller size mainly because of the length

Simple, sexy and Unique
First -- this is a 5 star dress, but I couldn't get the 5th star to show up on the site! The fit was perfect, the fabric was substantial -- it looks very rich and expensive. For the first time ever at a formal event -- I didn't need to wear spanx. The dress is very forgiving below the bodice. I love the pockets. I don't think sleeveless dresses always are the best choice for older women -- and this is a perfect alternative. Got lots of compliments and would wear it again.

95% Perfect little black dress
The dress fit perfectly -- might have been able to wear the 8 -- but 10 definitely more comfortable. It is a thick fabric, so it looks rich and no wrinkles. The dress flairs at exactly the right place to hide the areas that needed hiding! The one minor issue is the armholes are really cut. Consequently I was concerned that my bra straps were going to show. To be 100% perfect it would have the bra strap holders underneath the shoulder. But otherwise it was great and I would rent it again.

Highlights the good places and hides the rest
The dress fit beautifully. The roushing in the mid section hid what I wanted to hide. The dress accentuates the shoulders and bust line. The fabric stretches and is very comfortable. I got tons of complements and the dress was very easy to wear. The long worked well with 3 inch heels. There were no cons to the dress. Would definitely wear again.

Unique dress - easy to wear - very comfortable
The dress is very forgiving. The waistline sits above your normal waistline - making it look smaller than reality.. I saw other reviews where the front slit was a problem - it wasn't a big deal for me. I am 5'7" and wanted the tall size but it wasn't available for the date of my event.. The event was at the Art Museum with many steps. I had 3 inch heels and it was the perfect length, so regular was the way to go.. The side zipper is large and unflattering - but that was the ony downside.

The dress was beautiful. A little tight in the hips - had to return it.
My size 8 was too tight in the hips to comfortalbly wear it. The size 10 fit - but was still snug, which consequently made the dress a little too short for me.. But it looked great on the hanger!
