So cute and flowing but couldn't wear due to how binding the chest was :( would absolutely recommend it to someone smaller chested

Wore this in Vegas for going out after the National Rodeo finals. Fun, casual look. I have broad shoulders from lifting and it fit great - not too snug - didn't need to size up. Almost bought it but couldn't think of enough places to wear it.
