Broad shoulders are not friends with should pads
Apart from the shoulder pads making this looks unfaltering the sleeves were loose on me by a large degree. Definitely made for skinnier frame then mine

This dress was all anyone saw at the reception
I felt like a walking talking highlight. Makes u feel like a million bucks. If I could a would wear it again. No question. This dress doesn't run small at all, didn't pinch or feel uncomfortable in anyway. I've run into a lot of dresses that run smaller than this. This is a true 12. It wasn't skin tight but this dress doesn't have to be. At every turn this dress is absolutely beautiful. I've always worn capped sleeves well so this cut is unusual but very flattering
