Got a 2 and 4 in this dress, wore the 2. I’m on the short side so the hips of the dress hit lower than they were supposed to, but not really noticeable. Straps were a tad long too, but easily fixable with fashion tape. The material is nice and thick, and the pattern was fun - colors are a bit darker than they look online, the pink is more a deep magenta than a hot pink like some photos looked.

I'm an event producer and rented this dress for a spring fashion event I was working at. Mainly chose it for the fact it has pockets to hold my phone, walkie talkie, schedules, etc. while working. High-low silhouette made it cool enough to wear running around all night in June and the spiderweb detail on the hem made it funky and unique as black formal dresses go! A little loose in the bust, but otherwise very true to size.

This was my "just in case" style, I ended up being really happy with it! A tiny bit loose in the bust area for me (I wear 32C) but not noticeable. Good weight for a fall wedding ans lovely draping. It was more high-low than I expected based on the photos, got lots of compliments!

I wasn't quite sure what I'd get since the sizing is a little different, I wear a 2 in most styles from RTR but took advice of the reviews and got an 8 which fit perfectly- the 10 wasn't super different but looser in the bust and waist. The hem stitching in the front was a little bit puckered when I received, maybe from wear/pulling in the bag? Not noticeable to anyone but me though. It POURED rain right after our wedding rehearsal and we got a little wet but the fabric was high quality it didn't cling skin or lay weirdly as it dried. I got SO many compliments and was comfortable all night. This was one of my favorite rentals so far.

Great dress! I rented this in the 2 and 4, wore the 2. Both sizes were a little loose in the bust and shoulder straps for my 32C chest. No stretch in the fabric. I wore a thin bandeau liner to keep it from gapping up top and was totally comfortable after adding that. Could almost wear a regular bra with it but opted for a little more coverage. The material has a nice weight to it without being hot, it twirls really nicely, and the pockets are definitely a bonus! The sizes I received had no wear at all in the embroidery, but a few poky bits of stitching in the 2 just under the waist. If I was wearing this all day it would've been worth adding spanx just to stop the rubbing, but no big deal for the duration of a photoshoot. Paired this with the Tarte Collections silver metallic leather jacket to dress it down a bit, got tons of compliments on the outfit! Would rent again.
