This was worn to a celebration of 300 years since Blackbeard arrived in North Carolina
It fit great...they only hard part was zipping up without someone being there to help

This was for a Christmas Gala with the theme, A Night In Paris
The fit was fine, although small...I'm normally a 6 but the 6 was very tight on my rib cage so opted for the 8 so I could be more comfortable. I didn't really notice much difference between the 6 and 8 in the skirt.

I purposefully ordered this in a larger size than I normally wear because the 20's were not a form fitting decade. It worked perfectly for the occasion. If you have a 20's event to go to, order up for a looser "flapper" look.

I ended up not wearing this one for the event because it was not quite what I would consider a "shift" dress, more bodycon, but it was so pretty I felt I still had to share. I would certainly rent this again for a hot date night out, just not quite appropriate for a Gatsby themed party.
