I rented this dress for a 1920's NYE party. The dress is just OK. I wore the zero and it was still way too big and boxy. The skirt had an elastic to hold it up and it was loose and kept riding down.

I wore this dress for a wedding indoors. The material is thick and stretchy so if you wear this outside it may be too warm. It's also structure and I didn't need to wear a bra but you could wear a normal bra with it if you wanted. I was worried about the length because I'm only 5'2" but it ended up looking great with tall heels. The dress is SUPER comfortable!

There was not much of a difference in fit between the 0 and 2. I typically don't like strapless dresses because you have to keep pulling them up but I didn't have an issue with this dress. The only problem (and this might be specific to the dress I received) was that the bodice underwire was poking out and was uncomfortable when sitting.
