Obviously the dress is a maxi, so it feels strange to say it ran small, as the overall dress is big! However, the fit at the top could not be tighter! I am a 32A (no chest!) and it was very tight. I still liked the dress but did not prefer that element.

I really liked this dress. I was very upset originally to hear the size I wanted was not going to be shipped, but the backup size worked. It was a little loose on top but better than not having the dress at all. The shade of blue was gorgeous!
