the dress definitely runs small. I was glad to have the 16 as a back up. the floral pattern is kind of grandma-ish. make sure you zoom in well to really get a good look. when I sat in the dress my control top pantyhose showed on my thighs; the slip in the dress is not very forgiving, as I have a large bottom and thick thighs. that explains why it rode up when I sat down. it is a cute dress, perfect for a spring wedding, I did get lots of compliments, but I would not rent this dress again. I think it would be more comfortable and flattering for a smaller women. the material is also very thin and silky feeling.

this was my first rtr! I wore this dress for a lbd bachelorette party. my pant size is 14, so I ordered the 14w and 16w(just to be safe). the 14 fit so perfectly! the chest fit perfect, not too tight, not too loose! the gold embellishment on the neckline was so cute, and I didn't have to try and pair jewelry with it! the dress flared slightly more than I thought it would, but it wasn't too much! very flattering for my body type. I'm only 5"4' so the length was slightly longer than I wanted, but not mind changing! loved this dress!
