Lots of compliments to make up for lots of discomfort
Color: I freaked out when they arrived as the top red doesn't match the bottom red at all. When you put it on it's much better and, miraculously, they photograph as identical. I wore a regular nude bra and it was not visible. I would not suggest wearing black as that would have shown. A red bra (if you're fancy like that) probably would have blended in fine as well. Material: It was wrinkly but nothing a short steaming session didn't solve and that should be expected with the material of the skirt. The top was very itchy particularly along the seams, and I'm not usually a baby about that kind of thing, but it was very distracting for the first couple hours. Fit: I am 5'4" 32DD and typically wear a 4 or a 6 in dresses. I spoke with a customer service rep about my measurements and we agreed on my ordering a 6 and an 8. I wore the 8 and could have worn the 10. It was SO tight across the shoulders that I couldn't lift my arms to toast or dance easily. There is no stretch at all, not even a little, so my chest was flattened a bit as well. The 8 hit me just below the knees. I wore flats as the event was on grass and I was not willing to stumble around. Quality: The 8 arrived with a little tear on the side that easily could have been stitched but I didn't notice it until I was already at the event. The pockets were a lifesaver as I just kept my phone, ID, and lipstick in them. There were no snags or anything else wrong with the dress so I didn't feel like it was "used".

Perfectly photogenic
I wore this to take pictures for work as well as for a friend's graduation. It was perfect for both. The skirt has A LOT of material. It comes quite wrinkly to prepare yourself for quite a bit of ironing but it's worth it. I noticed that the black of the material was more matte/faded than it is in the pictures of the model. So if you are looking for a crisp black, this isn't for you. It did photograph darker though which was nice. The 42 fit but I went with the 44 as it was more flattering across in the chest and in the armpit fat region. haha

Felt like the best dressed woman in the room
The Small definitely would have been a better fit but the medium worked out just fine. The XS made it to my waist but there was NO WAY it was zipping up any more than that. I received lots of compliments all night. Wore it to a work party where we had to impress potential clients. By all accounts it was a success. I would recommend renting this for quality alone. Very flattering. But if you're my size you want the Small. :)

Complimented all night!
I am 5'4" and about 118. I wore the 2R with flats. When I had no spanx on, it was the perfect length. But adding the spanx tightened everything up a bit so I should have worn small heels! It dragged a little but it was not enough to be a problem. It is very stretchy so it is very forgiving. Watch out if you have broad shoulders. Mine aren't broad and I don't have big arms, but it was tight-ish across that region. I could not zip it up fully (or get out of it) without assistance but I didn't mind. I found help! I did a bold red lip and wore simple threader earrings. You really don't need anything else. The dress is like a piece of jewelry all on its own. I would absolutely recommend this dress. If I wore it again, I'd remember to wear heels. :)

Beautiful fabric but runs large!
Unfortunately this dress was just way too big. I'm normally a 2 or 4 but the 2 wasn't available so I crossed my fingers that the 4 would work. No dice. It was so roomy I could shift the dress just by moving my shoulders. I was so disappointed too because it really was beautiful. It also arrived too late for me to have a replacement sent so I ended up just wearing a dress I already had. I would definitely recommend renting this dress but be sure to size down, maybe even two sizes.

Unique yet simple piece that really added the finishing touches to my look
The multiple options for length were really great. I am not tall nor do I have a large neck but I felt it needed to be worn on the largest setting aka the last loop. It's large enough to draw attention but dainty enough not to look too much like major costume jewelry. It arrived a little twisted but some careful shaking and maneuvering righted it and I didn't have any issues while wearing it.

I received constant compliments from other women
I rented this dress for an awards cocktail dinner where we were instructed to wear red or black. I wear a lot of black in my daily life so this was me trying to not do something in my comfort zone! I was glad I trusted the reviews - this dress DEFINITELY runs large. I'm usually a 2 or 4 but I wore a 0 and still had plenty of "breathing room". Anyway, when it arrived it was super wrinkly but I steamed it and had no issues. I was complimented on how well it held its shape when I walked up to receive my award and this was after sitting in a car for half an hour driving to the venue! When you put it on, be sure to pull the lining down. I found it got caught on my chest at first so it needed to be adjusted. After that it didn't ride up even once. The sleeves had zippers that I never attempted to unzip (not sure why you'd need to). Because of the material being sturdy (but not stiff) I had to make sure I didn't pose weird or it would look like I had a belly (note the pic where I'm standing alone with my hand on my hip). But it wasn't a major downer at all. I paired it with a gold necklace (also rented) and nude pumps which I felt highlighted the color better than black pumps and silver jewelry would have. The only thing preventing this dress from getting the final star is that it did run so big. A true size 0 couldn't fill this out at all. Great quality dress though that is sexy yet classy. Worth renting but be sure to size down for your backup.

I was consistently told I was the "second best dressed" at the wedding. First best was the bride!
The dress was an absolute hit! Everyone complimented me on it, wanted to know where I got it, etc. I literally lost count of how many times I was stopped. The 4 was snug but not too tight on my 32DD chest. The 6 I didn't even try on. I didn't feel it was too poofy at the bottom at all. And it was SO fun to dance in! Plus I could eat without worrying about my stomach showing or anything. The material was thick but not hot since there was all that air space underneath! I definitely recommend you rent this dress. Minor things to consider: It came wrinkly so I had to steal it but it wasn't a problem for me. There were a few missing rhinestones and pearls but no one else noticed & you can't tell in pictures - I'm just crazy like that!

I got so many compliments on this dress all night, from men and women alike!
1I chose this dress for a company Christmas party. I was a little nervous since I usually wear a S and only the XS was available but I decided to risk it. This dress definitely runs large and the XS was perfect. The S would have been way too big! If you're an XS normally, I'd say this is not the dress for you. Anyway, as someone who is short with a true hourglass figure, I am very conscious of where dresses hit me. This was perfect. The sleeves could ride up a little on occasion but not noticeably as far as anyone looking at me was concerned. Like the model in the picture, I paired it with shoes with ankle straps but I chose stacked wedges instead. I wore studs and no other jewelry - the dress is decorative enough. The material was thick and pretty forgiving but not hot. My only complaint is that it arrived a little smelly in the underarm region....like BO. So I hung it and febreezed it and hoped for the best. It was an improvement for sure but I could still smell it. To be fair I have a sensitive nose but still! Not the dress's fault though so I'm still giving it 5 stars.
