The material is gorgeous and if I could have just remade the bottom, it would be perfect!
The extra pleating at the hips made the material stick out on my already big hips. It was also so short, wouldn't be acceptable sitting down.

This dress is feminine and flattering.
The skirt is forgiving for someone with hips. A regular bra can be worn, as the shoulders are wide enough to cover with straps. The length was great, as I usually have trouble with that.
