This is a soft material with a very cute cape look. I got compliments both times I wore it from lots of people.

I sized up just in case, but this had plenty of room. I wore it for Christmas and for church. It can be dressed up or down, and the cape makes it a little special. It isn't itchy either.

Sad to send this one back. So soft, and it arrived new with tags. The material does get a little fuzzy or fluffy with wear, but it doesn't pill. Very flattering in the stomach area.
